Getting a Library Card
Your student UMF ID + a library barcode = your library card. Bring your student ID to the main desk (on the right as you enter the library) and ask for a barcode. It just takes a few seconds!
You will need a barcode to:
- borrow books,
- access e-books available to UMF students,
- request books from other libraries,
- check out materials on reserve for a course (even if reserve items do not leave the library, they still have to be checked out to the person using them), and
- use the library databases from off-campus.
